The Company Focus
ITAREF it was established and starts in the year 2013 as refractory and AZS supplier specific for overseas market, each project it’s managed in according with the customer requirement deeply technically cooperating in all the phases, once we get the contract, our standard procedure are the followings: production process plan, process tracking, update of production progress, factory audit together the customer, logistic and shipment.
The business partnership
Ahead of company establishment, we spend over three years with meetings, visiting, inspecting and evaluating partners even on the basis of refractory testing of hundreds of manufacturing factories to choose just the minimum trustful partners and only after that we establish business partnerships.

One of our prerogatives of our business it is always to achieve the top of our customer satisfaction. Our working standards is another important part of our working methods because all my business partners choices they all use very modern equipment in them production units.
